A big thank you to everyone who gave me some suggestions for the next edition of the Guide to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, published by Lexis Nexis. In addition to updating the Guide for recent cases, I took the opportunity to provide readers with a comparison to the E.U. General Data Protection Directive in a few places. I’m more convinced than ever that PIPEDA is holding up well! I’ve submitted the revisions. I’m looking forward to seeing the editing suggestions.
